Omakase by Sergey Pak in Bergen is a MICHELIN-Starred culinary experience

Each June, the prestigious MICHELIN-Guide announces which restaurants in the Nordic region will be awarded a star. Omakase by Sergey Pak secured its first star in 2025, and has held it ever since.

The Guide describes the cuisine as, "A succession of superb sushi, anchored by outstanding ingredients and razor-sharp technique." We couldn't agree more!

"The restaurant is part of De Bergenske, which has become a quality institution in Norway.
